Freedom to pursue the hard problems
AETERNAE AI RESEARCH LLC exists to give meaningful technical work a home. We are a family-led research company with room to explore artificial intelligence, software, cybersecurity, robotics, education, and accessibility.
The question that drives us is simple: What is worth building?
Intelligence with a purpose
Our work explores how models are programmed, how custom adapters behave, and how reasoning, memory, routing, and verification can work together. We also investigate creative systems for video, music, and language, including ancient-language research.
Security research is one part of that wider programme. We study authorized security validation, adversary simulation, threat intelligence, and the engineering of controlled autonomous systems.
Problems that matter to people
Long-term interests include assistive robotics, prosthetics, rehabilitation technology, and more accessible ways to learn. We are interested in technology that can support children, people with learning disabilities, and people seeking greater independence.
These are research directions. Progress depends on evidence, responsible collaboration, and the work required to turn ideas into reliable systems.
Publish what helps people understand
We want useful technical findings to reach the people who can learn from them. Released research explains how systems work, where they fail, and what better engineering may look like. The public archive is open; the lab has deliberate access controls.
Room to build relationships
We welcome research conversations with companies, universities, researchers, and organisations pursuing worthwhile problems. Long-term interests include carefully scoped public-sector and government research, alongside products, licensing, and collaboration as the work matures.
A family company, built for the long term
The company brings business direction and technical research together without making our personal identities the centre of the work. We care about whether the thing works, whether somebody can learn from it, and whether it has a reason to exist.
