Sicherheitsvorfall - Capita
Bei Capita erhielten im März 2026 Mitglieder des britischen Civil Service Pension Scheme über eine Onlineplattform fremde jährliche Rentenübersichten. Die Datenpanne betraf 138 Personen und legte personenbezogene Daten offen: Namen, Arbeitgeber, Rentenbeiträge und Höhe der Altersversorgung. Der Pensionsverwalter entdeckte den Fehler am 30. März 2026 nach eigenen Angaben innerhalb von 35 Minuten und griff ein. Am 9. April 2026 waren die Übersichten weiterhin offline, bis das Problem behoben wäre. Das Cabinet Office meldete den Vorfall der Datenschutzbehörde ICO, die eine Untersuchung einleitete. Capita entschuldigte sich bei den Mitgliedern.» Details
