Ein in Lettland festgenommener Mann soll im Februar und Anfang September 2026 Cyberangriffe auf mindestens zwei Unternehmen verübt haben, darunter die Reparaturfirma TSC. Er nutzte ein automatisiertes Werkzeug, um eine Schwachstelle der TSC‑Webseite auszunutzen, eine Datenbank zu kompromittieren und exfiltrierte Daten aus Reparaturaufträgen zu erbeuten. Betroffen waren je nach Fall Namen, Telefonnummern, E‑Mail‑Adressen, IMEI‑Nummern, Bankkontonummern und Adressen. Anschließend versuchte er, die Firmen zu erpressen. TSC schaltete seine Webseite vorübergehend ab. Die Festnahme erfolgte am 15. September 2026.» Details
